FAQ'S
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions can vary with each person. The sooner the results, the better. To achieve the benefits of the tools, we recommend a minimum of 4 sessions. However, one session may be enough to maintain your transformation. A significant part of our service is there are no contracts. Returning often, use a session on a non-continuous basis or as needed. The average session is 1- hour; clients usually stay 4- 6 sessions and no more than ten sessions; this does not apply to the VIP package.
Are there specials for ongoing clients?
Specials are available to returning and ongoing clients. Typically, a 25% or $200 maximum discount is applied. This special is offered twice a year. The special will apply to clients with current and upcoming sessions. There is no need to ask about specials you will be automatically informed when you purchase your sessions.
What is the difference between life coaching and a therapist?
Life coaching is a unique service entirely different from a therapist's. Life coaches help you reach better outcomes that bring you closer to success and fulfillment, it is short-term and more action-based. A therapist helps resolve problematic beliefs, destructive behavior, and patterns and also helps with trauma and much more. So, you can say a therapist digs deeper into your mental state.
What happens if we finish before we use all the Life Coaching sessions?
I suggest completing all sessions, but sometimes situations arise where you're unable to finish, or you feel like you have made significant progress. In this case, you can do three things:
1. Use your session in the future. Keep in mind there is a one-year time frame for all sessions.
2. You can donate the sessions to someone else
3. You can receive a refund on a pro-rata basis. Keep in mind 20% will be deducted from all refunds
Do you Life Coach younger people?
Yes, we work with younger people. But we call it mentoring. Everything is a case-by-case basis. Younger people go through a lot of self-development, and you have to be careful not to restrict it, instead, help them find their purpose.
Are there any clients you don’t work with?
Yes. I won't take clients suffering from several disorders: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism, Asperger's syndrome, and some anger management and relationship issues. There are many conditions where Life Coaching may not be appropriate, and a psychiatrist is needed. We will do a disservice to the client if we provide life coaching to someone with underlying issues that affect their temperament.
Do you take medical insurance?
I would love too. Unfortunately, at this time no health insurance companies cover Life Coaching. Hopefully, soon, they will.
Do you work with couples?
Yes, a lot of individual work should take place first. And it will depend on the circumstances and goals.
What if I don’t like Life Coaching after the first session?
No problems, I’ll give you a refund minus 20% of your total cost.

Terms and Conditions
Coach-Client Relationship – Duties & Responsibilities. A business and/or life coaching relationship is a partnership between two or more individuals or entities. This relationship is not a legal partnership, instead more like a teacher-student or coach-athlete relationship. Each party must uphold their obligations for the coaching relationship to be successful.
A.Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation (IFC), an internationally recognized standard for coaching.
B.Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and fully engage and devote himself/herself to the coaching process.
C.Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is a comprehensive process that may explore different areas of his/her life, including work, finances, health, and relationships. However, it is ultimately the Client’s decision how he/she incorporates coaching into each aspect of life.
D.Client is solely responsible for implementing the techniques discovered through coaching.
E.Client agrees to disclose any information that may interrupt their coaching processes, such as medications, mental health disorders, and substance use.
Confidentiality. This coaching relationship and all information (physical or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship are bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. BE ADVISED: The Coach-Client relationship is not protected by legal confidentiality (like a doctor-patient or attorney-client). As such, the Coach could be required to divulge otherwise confidential information to authorities.
Cancellation Policy. Client agrees to notify Coach _2_ hours in advance of any scheduled session that he/she needs to cancel. Coach reserves the right to charge Client for the scheduled session for a missed/canceled meeting.
Termination of Agreement. Either party may terminate their Agreement at any time upon seven days' written notice to the other party at the address provided above. (Termination is different for Subscriptions, please see disclaimer)
Limited Liability. Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. The Coach shall not be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date. Client agrees that the Coach is not liable for any actions or inactions or any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.
Entire Agreement. The disclaimer and term and conditions, and all document reflects the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and reflects a complete understanding of the parties regarding the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing, signed by both the Coach and the Client.
Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees. If a dispute arising out of this Agreement cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation and legal action, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.
Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be legally binding in the United States and throughout Europe. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If the Court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or limited, and it becomes valid and enforceable. Then such provisions shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
Waiver. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where both Parties reside, without giving effect to any conflicts of law’s provisions. If the parties reside in different states, this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State, without giving effect to any conflicts of law’s provisions.

Refund/Return Policy on Coaching:
Full payment for Life Coaching is due before the first coaching session. If there are any issues with payments, please don't hesitate to let us know in advance, and we will try to accommodate most circumstances.
